The Rum Blending Workshop

Become a Master Blender for an hour at Casa Barú, Panama’s only pot-still rum distillery. In this hands-on workshop, you will create your own custom recipe and enjoy a house cocktail. We will start by waking up your palate with a flight of our rum marks. Using lab blending tools, you will experiment with different cask finishes to design your perfect recipe. We’ll sip, tweak, and refine until it’s exactly how you like it. Optional upgrades to bottle your creation or fill a travel flask are available on-site.
