Cask Origin: Douro Valley, Portugal. White Port is a golden, light-bodied fortified wine known for its aromas of jasmine, green apple, pear, and sweet white peaches.
The Finish: The lighter character of White Port (originally created to compete with Fino Sherry ) preserves the brightness of the Casa Barú distillate while adding floral depth.

  • Nose: Fresh jasmine and thyme, complemented by sweet white peach and almond blossom. The signature rum citrus is lifted and sharpened.

    Palate: Lively and crisp. A surprising burst of green apple and pear gives way to vanilla and a nutty, slightly saline finish.
