I. About the Cask Collective & Products

 

 

Q: What is The Cask Collective micro-release?

 

A: This is an exclusive, highly limited offering of Panamanian rum drawn from four distinct specialty single casks (White Port, Sherry, Armagnac, Cognac, Ruby Port and Rye Whiskey). We have combined these into four unique, themed 6-bottle case allocations, totaling only 156 cases across all collections.

 

Q: Why are the case quantities so limited?

 

A: The limited quantity is due to the natural yield of the rarest casks used in the blends, primarily the White Port cask (which limits the Port & The Sherry Triangle set to only 24 cases). This model ensures that each bottle retains exceptional scarcity and collector value.

 

Q: What is the rum's age?

 

A: Our rum is complex and our focus is on "time-in-wood" and cask provenance, not a simple age statement. The base rum is a quality mature distillate (minimum 5 years old) that has spent an additional minimum of 12 months in these specialty finishing casks, adding exceptional character and complexity.

 

Q: Are the Assorted Cases worth the higher price?

 

A: Yes. The price difference reflects the extreme scarcity of the components, particularly the White Port Finish and the technical complexity of the Sherry Triangle Blend (Palo Cortado, Amontillado, Oloroso). The price guarantees the completion of the set, securing the two rarest bottles which would otherwise be reserved for future club members.

 

II. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

 

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

 

A: This is a pre-sale program. Bottling is scheduled for December 1st, 2025. Deliveries and pickups will commence shortly thereafter, within the window of December 15th to 23rd, 2025.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

 

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Yappy, and ACH transfers.

 

Q: Is shipping free?

 

A: Yes. Shipping is free for all 6-bottle case allocations within Panama.

 

Q: Why do I have to pay now if the rum is not bottled yet?

 

A: Payment of the 100% full pre-sale price is required to confirm and allocate your specific case from the limited lots. This guarantees your reservation against the total of 156 cases.

 

III. Cancellations, Refunds & Compliance

 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

 

A: You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus payment processor fees) up until December 1st, 2025. After this date, the sale is final, as the rum will have been custom-bottled for the release.

 

Q: What if a case is damaged during shipping?

 

A: Damages or missing items must be reported at reception. The customer can reject the case if it presents damage or missing items. Please make sure you check everything before signing reception. We will provide a refund or replacement for verifiable quality issues, provided the security seal is intact.

 

Q: What is the Partner Code field for?

 

A: This field is optional. It is used exclusively to attribute the sale to a Cask Collective Partner/Promoter who may have referred you to this exclusive program. If you were referred, please enter the code to ensure they receive their commission.

 

Q: Is the price listed inclusive of tax?

 

A: No. The listed prices (e.g., USD 317.40) are excluding ITBMS. The final price, including the Panamanian sales tax, will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
