White Port Cask Finish
Cask Origin: Douro Valley, Portugal. White Port is a golden, light-bodied fortified wine known for its aromas of jasmine, green apple, pear, and sweet white peaches.
The Finish: The lighter character of White Port (originally created to compete with Fino Sherry ) preserves the brightness of the Casa Barú distillate while adding floral depth.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh jasmine and thyme, complemented by sweet white peach and almond blossom. The signature rum citrus is lifted and sharpened.
Palate: Lively and crisp. A surprising burst of green apple and pear gives way to vanilla and a nutty, slightly saline finish.

Sherry Blend Finish (Palo Cortado/Amontillado/Oloroso)
Cask Origin: Jerez, Spain. This unique blend combines three complex Sherry styles: the nutty, oxidized profile of Oloroso , the balanced, hazelnut notes of Amontillado, and the rare, sharp character of Palo Cortado (a structural Fino/Oloroso hybrid).
The Finish: A rich, highly complex finish that adds structure and savory notes without the excessive sweetness of PX. This is a connoisseur's finish.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Deeply autumnal. Polished oak, walnuts, tobacco leaf, and subtle meaty hints. The sugarcane fruit base adds a welcome sweetness layer.
Palate: Structured and dry. Intense hazelnut and dried herb notes (Amontillado) transition into a rich, long finish of leather and spice (Oloroso).
