Casa Barú Tasting & Blending Room is the first dedicated space for experiencing a truly Panamanian craft rum in the heart of Casco Antiguo. Come for a tasting flight or a signature cocktail. Stay to blend your own custom rum recipe and take it home in a personalized bottle or flask. No reservation needed to taste; bookings recommended to blend. Walk-ins always welcome.

TASTE

Guided tasting of 3 premium Pot Still rums, including our rare cask finishes (i.e. Sherry or XO Cognac)

BLEND

You take the controls. Use professional beakers and cylinders to mix your perfect, custom recipe.

DECIDE

Enjoy your creation in the lounge, or upgrade to take it home in a personalized bottle or travel flask.
